NOTE 3: We are a company based in the United States of America therefore currently focusing on the US market, and its associated territories.

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of this information, as well as to maintain the safety and security of your identifying information. Moreover, you bear full responsibility for all activities that transpire under your account or password.
7. Cancellation of subscription
We provide services through monthly subscriptions. The subscription renews automatically every month in relation to original date of purchase.
The user possesses the right to cancel their subscription. However, the subscription can only be canceled by giving us a 60-day notice. No cancellations will be accepted unless the 60-day notice is given. The user can cancel subscription according to the terms and conditions of EZ MICRO LABS.
Upon cancellation, we will continue to automatically bill the user for the remaining 60 days. After 60-day period, we will stop billing the user and cancel the subscription.
We reserve the right to cancel any subscription at any time. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate accounts, edit or remove content at our sole discretion.
If you believe there are any possible security issues regarding your account on the website, please inform us immediately so that we can address them accordingly.
8. Rights EZ Micro Labs Grants
Upon purchase of qualifying product(s), EZ Micro Labs grants customers access to the EZ Micro APP and customer portal on the website where Customers will have access to:
- A Learning center;
- Certificate of Analysis Reports; and
- Customer profile.
9. Applicable law
By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of NEVADA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms and conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between us and you, or between its business partners and associates.
10. Disputes
Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website shall be arbitrated by state or federal court in NEVADA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us and our affiliates and hold us harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.
12. Limitation on liability
We are not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website. We reserve the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall inform our users of these changes through this website. This Agreement represents an understanding between the Company and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
13. Payment terms
We provide services through the purchase of individual products and monthly subscriptions. The subscription renews automatically every month on the date closest to the original date of purchase (Example: If the original purchase was made on January 1st, the user would be billed on February 1st. If the original purchase was made on January 31st, the user would be billed on February 28th).
When signing up for a subscription service, you first agree to be billed automatically using the credit card you provide at the time of subscription purchase or one that is previously registered on file. Before making any purchase, make sure you have authorization from the person to whom the card belongs. The user can cancel the subscription according to the terms and conditions of EZ MICRO LABS. Upon cancellation, we will continue to automatically bill the user for the remaining 60 days (see the “Cancellation of Subscription” section). After 60 days, we will stop billing the user and cancel the subscription.
Any rejected transaction after 3 days of failed/rejected payment will result in a hold on the user’s refill subscription(s).
EZ MICRO LABS will not be responsible for customer fees due to rejected payment.
